Our story
Led by experience and formation
3M Coaching is led by Dr. Craig Hendrickson, the Education Coordinator for Pastoral Formation with the Free Methodist Church, USA. Craig is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory and has coached and trained leaders in personal, missional, and multiethnic leadership across churches, nonprofits, higher education, and ministry networks since 2005.
Craig’s formation includes an MDiv from Regent College, a ThM in Missiology, and a PhD in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary. His coaching is shaped by deep listening, thoughtful questions, and a commitment to help leaders grow in culturally intelligent, missional practice.
